Making this treat feels like a science experiment with a tastier reward than a high mark. Stare in awe as the banana chunks start to resemble soft-serve ice cream. You'll find that the chaga mingles perfectly with the loveliness of the chocolate-banana combination and the warmth of cinnamon. Try drizzling some maple syrup on the finished product or pairing it with a little peanut butter.


INGREDIENTS
3 Cavendish bananas
1/2 teaspoon "Instant Chaga"
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 tablespoon maple syrup

METHOD
1. Slice the bananas and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Freeze for 25 minutes.
2. Combine the bananas, "Instant chaga", cocoa powder, cinnamon powder, and maple syrup in a food processor. Blend for 1 minute, or until the texture is smooth and fluffy.
