Start your day with this simple yet nourishing meal. Pair your Chaga French Toast with seasonal fruits. You can also sweeten it up with choco chaga date paste! See our choco chaga date paste recipe if you haven't made it yet.

6 thick bread slices
1/2 teaspoon Instant Chaga
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon nutmeg powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2/3 cup milk
2 eggs
3 tablespoons butter


1. Combine your Instant Chaga, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Beat together.
2. For every 2 bread slices, melt a tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Dip each bread slice in your chaga French toast mixture, soaking both sides while being careful not to let it get too soggy. Place it in the skillet and cook on both sides until golden.
