Ever wanted cake for breakfast? Here's a health-conscious spin on the black forest cake. Don't forget about the chaga growing on the birches.


INGREDIENTS
1 cup pitted cherries (fresh or pre-frozen)
1/2 teaspoon Instant Chaga
1/4 cup rolled oats
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 cup almond milk

METHOD
1. Place the cherries in a single layer on a baking tray and freeze overnight. If you have pre-frozen cherries, skip to step 2.
2. Put the cherries, Instant Chaga, rolled oats, cocoa powder, and almond milk into a blender. Blend until smooth.
