Chaga Tea Made With Coarse Ground Natural Chaga™

Instructions to make one litre of chaga tea:

  1. Add one litre of water to a saucepan or cooking pot
  2. Put a several spoons of coarse ground Natural Chaga in the water and heat until very hot but not boiling (70/80℃ (170/180℉))
  3. Simmer for as long as you like. Anywhere between 30 minutes and 6 hours depending on the strength of tea you want. Let your taste buds decide which strength you prefer. The longer the stronger.
  4. You could also try adding a sweetener like honey, syrup or cream.

Coarse ground Natural Chaga is our favourite for making tea (when we have time). You can make a really strong chaga tea with coarse ground Natural Chaga faster than with chunks and it's satisfying because you see the small chunks and piece of chaga but it’s not as quick as using Natural Chaga fine powder.
