You can return any product bought directly from us within 30 days of the date of purchase.
If the package is opened or damaged, you will still get a full refund.

To make your claim:
- Complete the form below.
- Once we receive your claim, we will confirm it by email and include the return address in Estonia.
- Send us back the product by registered post. Registered post is highly recommended. Unfortunately, there are people who might say they have sent a product back but have no proof of doing so. If you do not use registered post and the product does not arrive, then that is your risk, not ours.
- When we receive the product(s), we will issue a refund.
- If you have used a substantial amount of the product, we may reduce the refund amount.
