If you decide it's simply not for you, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and you can return it for a refund of the product price, subject to the conditions of our guarantee.

To keep the guarantee fair, it covers a maximum of one opened unit of each product per customer or household in any 12-month period. If you buy several units of the same product, additional units must remain unopened and sealed to qualify for a refund.

For claims made under our voluntary 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, you are responsible for return postage and the original delivery charge is not refunded.

Our guarantee is additional to — and does not affect — your statutory consumer rights.
