Delivery Terms

Shipping Policy for Estonia

We use DPD for standard shipping within Estonia.

For door-to-door deliveries or shipments to DPD pickup points, delivery costs will vary based on the size and weight of the order. We will confirm the delivery cost during the order process.

General International Shipping Policy

For international shipping, we use DPD or FedEx at our discretion. For non-mainland Europe and non-European Union delivery addresses, FedEx is our first choice of carrier.

Shipping rates will be quoted at the time of order, based on the size, weight, and destination of the shipment. Due to fluctuations in courier prices, if there are notable changes in shipping costs after you place your order, we will inform you before shipment for confirmation of any updated charges.

At this time, we only ship to European countries, but we may make exceptions for wholesale buyers outside Europe on a case-by-case basis.

Insurance and Liability

The value of your shipment is insured to the level provided by the standard terms of the carrier (DPD or FedEx). If you require a higher level of insurance, you must notify us before placing your order. Any additional insurance costs, if available, will be charged to you.

Natural Chaga OÜ is not responsible for:

  • Shipments that are stolen, lost, or delayed after arriving in the destination country.
  • Any import restrictions, duties, or fees imposed by Customs in the destination country. Refused packages will be considered abandoned, and no refunds will be provided.

Failure to Pick Up from Pickup Points

If your package is delivered to a DPD or other courier pickup point, and you fail to collect it within the specified time, resulting in the package being returned to us:

  • We can either refund your order, excluding the original delivery fee and any additional return fees incurred.
  • Alternatively, if you wish the order to be resent, you will need to pay the return shipping fee plus a new delivery charge.

To avoid these additional costs, please inform the courier or us in advance if you are unable to collect your package before the specified deadline.

Express Deliveries and Special Packaging Requests

If you require an express delivery or have special packaging requirements, please contact us in advance at business@musheez.eu to discuss the available options and associated costs.

Order Processing and Delivery Confirmation

Once your order has been placed, we will send you an order acknowledgment and confirmation of product availability via email, and we intend to automatically send relevant shipping and tracking information once your order has been shipped although this may not always be possible and you may need to request a tracking code by email.

Order acceptance occurs when your order has been shipped. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email with the expected shipping date.

We strive to process and confirm all orders on the same day; however, orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT, on weekends, or on Estonian national holidays may not be processed until the following business day. Please note that holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays are not considered business days.

Delivery Time Estimates

Please note that delivery dates are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and external factors.

  • In Estonia: 2-4 business days after order processing.
  • To European countries: 7-14 business days after order processing.
  • Outside Europe: Estimated 14 business days after order processing.

Lost or Delayed Orders

Natural Chaga OÜ is not responsible for orders lost or delayed by DPD, FedEx, or other delivery services. However, if your package is lost in transit, please contact us at business@musheez.eu, and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
