These Terms & Conditions apply to consumer purchases made through naturalchaga.eu.

Natural Chaga and MUSHEEZ® are brands operated by Natural Chaga OÜ.
1. Scope
These Terms apply when you purchase products from naturalchaga.eu as a consumer, meaning primarily for purposes outside your trade, business or profession.
They do not apply to wholesale, private-label, ingredient, bulk or other business-to-business purchases. Separate B2B terms apply to those transactions.
2. Products
We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Minor differences in packaging or appearance may occur without affecting the nature or quality of the product.
Product information provided on this website is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease and does not replace professional medical advice.
Please use products in accordance with their label instructions.
3. Prices and Payment
Prices displayed to consumers include VAT where applicable.
The total price payable, including applicable taxes and delivery charges, will be shown before you place your order.
For delivery destinations outside the EU, additional import taxes, customs duties or charges may be imposed by the destination country. Where these are not collected by us, they are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products shown in your order.
We will send you an electronic order confirmation. If we cannot accept or fulfil your order, we will inform you and refund any payment already received.
We may refuse or cancel an order where there is an obvious pricing or product-description error, suspected fraud or misuse, or where we cannot lawfully deliver the product to the requested destination.
5. Delivery
Available delivery methods, charges and estimated delivery times are shown during the ordering process or described in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are estimates unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.
For consumer orders where we arrange the carrier, the risk of loss or damage remains with Natural Chaga OÜ until you, or a person nominated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.

6. 14-Day Statutory Right of Withdrawal
Consumers purchasing online normally have the right to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to exceptions provided by law.
Certain sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons may lose the statutory right of withdrawal once their seal has been broken after delivery.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when exercising the statutory right of withdrawal unless we have agreed otherwise.

7. Our Additional 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
In addition to your statutory consumer rights, we provide a voluntary 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on eligible products purchased directly from naturalchaga.eu.
This guarantee allows an eligible product to be opened and tried subject to the conditions stated on our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee page.
The guarantee is additional to your legal rights and does not restrict them.
8. Defective, Incorrect or Damaged Goods
Your statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods are unaffected by these Terms.
Natural Chaga OÜ is responsible for non-conformity in accordance with applicable consumer law. In Estonia, consumers may generally make claims concerning non-conformity appearing within two years after delivery.
If you discover a problem, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at business@musheez.eu with your order details and, where useful, photographs of the problem.
Where goods are defective, incorrect or damaged in transit, reasonable costs associated with resolving the problem are borne by us in accordance with applicable law.
9. Uncollected and Refused Deliveries
Failure to collect a parcel or refusal to accept delivery does not by itself constitute notification that you are exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.
If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected or was refused, we may deduct the actual direct costs of returning the parcel from any refund where permitted by applicable law.
We will not make such a deduction where the return resulted from an error by us or a delivery problem for which we are responsible.
10. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any liability or consumer right which cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
We are not responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
We are not responsible for losses which were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was concluded or for business losses suffered by a person purchasing as a consumer.
11. Intellectual Property
The content of naturalchaga.eu, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, trademarks and other material, belongs to Natural Chaga OÜ or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
It may not be commercially reproduced or used without permission.

We will try to resolve the matter directly and will respond to consumer complaints in accordance with applicable Estonian consumer law.
If we cannot resolve a dispute, an eligible consumer may apply to the Consumer Disputes Committee of the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA).
Consumers residing in another EU/EEA country may also seek assistance from the European Consumer Centre network for cross-border consumer disputes.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Estonian law.
If you are a consumer residing in another country, this does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits your right as a consumer to bring proceedings before a court having jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The Terms applying to your purchase are those in force when your order is placed. Later changes will not retrospectively alter an existing purchase contract.
